Thomas will be notifying affected customers directly by mail.  Thomas will also provide New England Transit Sales with a list of affected buses subject to the recall in our area of operation.

To handle repairs related to this recall in a timely manner and to minimize inconvenience, down-time or service interruption, New England Transit Sales will be performing repairs at the dealership and sending out road crews to perform authorized seat recall modifications in the field.
